What we receive

When ChatGPT uses Lift Log & PR Tracker, it sends our server the inputs for the specific tool it calls (for example the values you asked about). We do not receive your ChatGPT account details, your conversation history, or your name or email address.

What we store

Stores the workout sets you log (date, exercise, weight, reps, optional RPE, feel and short note) under a random log code, and a one-way hash of the anonymous ChatGPT user id that points to that code. No names, emails or health data beyond the sets. Anyone with the log code can view and add to that log. Logs untouched for 18 months are treated as deleted.

Third parties

The plugin does not send your data to any third-party service. All results are computed on our server.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

The plugin is not directed to children under 13.
